Decisions about how many and which therapies should be tested in personalized mouse avatars rest with the individual with cancer and the treating oncologist. Upon request, members of the Certis Medical Advisory Board can also collaborate with the individual and their treating oncologist to help identify therapeutic options to test in mouse avatars. Therapeutic options that are recommended for YourPDX testing could fall outside the standard of care and may include drugs that target specific mutations or other biomarkers, off-label and investigational therapies.
