When is payment for YourPDX testing due?

Upon execution of a Patient Services Agreement, Certis will issue an invoice for the cost of Phase One: Initiation. Payment for this part of the process is due prior to shipment of the Certis tumor tissue sample collection kit. Once we confirm engraftment is successful, and an individual with cancer has decided the number of therapeutic options they wish to test in Phase Two: Pharmacology, a Certis Patient Services Manager will prepare an Amendment to the Patient Services Agreement for approval. This Amendment will detail the number of test arms and the cost of test agents. Payment for your Phase Two: Pharmacology is due before we can begin engrafting the number of patient-derived xenograft orthotopic models needed to support the functional oncology test.
