We believe CertisAI represents the future of personalized medicine in cancer care. Certis currently is conducting clinical research and other validation studies to compile the data necessary to gain regulatory approval for clinical use CertisAI also has potential applications in clinical trials. Provided there is sufficient training data for the drug of interest, the platform can be used to build custom AI models that inform patient stratification decisions—improving clinical trial success as well as clinical outcomes for trial participants. This custom AI model would then become the basis for a biomarker-based companion diagnostic. Additionally, with AI-directed companion diagnostics, oncologists could potentially find the right therapeutic approach for their cancer patients. For example, a custom AI model could be built using a range of standard-of-care therapies for the prediction of the best SOC drug to use.
