Evaluate therapeutic immunogenicity and efficacy using humanized PDX models engrafted with HLA-matched or unmatched donor PBMCS, CAR-T cells, or autologous TILs. These studies assess immune cell frequency, activation status, and systematic inflammatory responses through IHC, multiplex IHC/IF, immune cell phenotyping, and multiplex immunoassays on serum/plasma. Additional capabilities include complete blood counts and bone marrow analysis to detect immune biomarkers, localize immune infiltration within tissues, and evaluate immune-related toxicities.
