It not possible to say exactly how long the YourPDX testing process takes because every cancer is different and tumors grow at different rates. The typical duration is six months from tumor biopsy/resection surgery to delivery of final report to an individual’s treating oncologist. On average, Phase One: Initiation takes four to 12 weeks to determine whether the engraftment is successful, and another four to 12 weeks before the tumor grows large enough to begin Phase Two: Pharmacology.
