Our efficacy studies evaluate therapeutic interventions using orthotopic and subcutaneous PDX models. Assess tumor growth, survival, and neurological function through SOC radiation delivery (whole-body or focal irradiation) delivered as monotherapy or in combination with experimental agents. Non-invasive MRI and BLI imaging enable longitudinal monitoring of treatment response.
