Spectral flow cytometry allows us to analyze the full fluorescence spectrum, which enables differentiation between fluorochromes that would normally be indistinguishable in traditional flow cytometry. While traditional flow cytometry generally requires some compensation to clearly differentiate between different populations, spectral flow cytometry requires almost no compensation, decreasing the risk of error and false positives and negatives.1 Learn more about spectral flow cytometry for characterization.
