Yes, YourPDX can be used to test drug sensitivity for patients with previously radiated tumors, however, an exception is if you recently have had radiation treatments at the site from which a fresh tissue biopsy needs to be taken (within 10 weeks). Radiated tumor tissue will rarely engraft in mice.1
